General Terms

These Terms & amp; Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeya99 ("jeya99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeya99 website located at https://jeya99.net and all associated services, games, and features offered through the platform.

jeya99 operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting platform serving players across Bangladesh. Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and the specific terms attached to any bonus or promotional offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeya99 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings whether written or verbal.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jeya99 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and available to eligible players in Bangladesh.

Registration Requirements

When registering a jeya99 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

Account Verification

jeya99 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any time at jeya99's discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.

Accounts that cannot be verified to jeya99's satisfaction may be restricted or permanently closed. Any funds held in an unverifiable account will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures, which jeya99 will communicate to the affected player in writing.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active jeya99 account at any time. If jeya99 determines that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — jeya99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any bonus funds associated with those accounts. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may also be voided.

Age Restriction

By registering an account on jeya99, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. jeya99 will verify your age as part of the KYC process. If jeya99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

If it is confirmed that a player under 18 has accessed the jeya99 platform, the account will be permanently closed. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source. All winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jeya99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion step applied by jeya99.

Deposits

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeya99 account immediately upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction.
• The minimum deposit amount at jeya99 is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of deposit.
• jeya99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in account suspension.
• jeya99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for any deposit.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jeya99 applies this policy to prevent money laundering and payment fraud.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is typically 15 minutes. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts will be held pending document submission and review.
• jeya99 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if jeya99 identifies unusual account activity or if the account is under review.

Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on jeya99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no conversion fees applied by jeya99. The ৳ symbol used throughout the platform represents the Bangladesh Taka currency.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and wagering-requirement-restricted winnings are held separately from your real-money balance. Only real-money funds and fully cleared bonus winnings are available for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are issued to verified accounts in good standing only. jeya99 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds from any account under investigation or suspected of bonus abuse.

Welcome Bonus

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Account Closure

Closure by the Player

Upon receiving your closure request, jeya99 will process any pending verified withdrawal requests and return your real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Closure by jeya99

jeya99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, payment fraud, or identity fraud.
• Confirmed underage gambling — that is, use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Use of the platform in a manner that jeya99 reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of its games or platform.
• Any requirement imposed by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by jeya99 due to confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, jeya99 reserves the right to void any open bets, forfeit bonus funds, and withhold winnings that were generated through prohibited conduct. Limitation of Liability

Gambling Losses

Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. By using jeya99, you accept full responsibility for any losses incurred through your gameplay. jeya99 will not be held liable for any gambling losses sustained on the platform, provided that all games have been conducted fairly in accordance with their certified rules and RNG systems. It is your responsibility to wager only what you can afford to lose.

Third-Party Services

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jeya99, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your fraudulent or unlawful use of the platform, or any violation of applicable law in connection with your jeya99 account.
